The project will follow the Best Value Design-Build Selection Procedures and will conform to the P-100 Facility Standards for Public Buildings and all other applicable building codes and standards. The DB team will be selected through a best value/tradeoff selection process and will work closely with all stakeholders to deliver an economical and operationally efficient building.
