    Description

    The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Army, has issued a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice for the procurement of Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs) at Al Asad Air Base in Iraq. The service being procured is the lease of three NTVs, including two SUV Medium-size all-wheel drive (AWD) utility vehicles with 3rd row seating and one full-size truck with crew cab seating utility vehicle.
    These vehicles will be used for transportation purposes at the air base. The Contractor will be responsible for providing maintenance for the NTVs, including furnishing all necessary tools, material, equipment, work and storage area, and supervision. They will also need to obtain all necessary licenses and permits required to operate in Iraq and comply with applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
    The Contractor will coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to initiate the Prime Minister National Operation Center (PMNOC) process for base access and the delivery of the vehicles. It is required that the Contractor be able to deliver the three NTVs within 48 hours of the contract.
