Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE Heavy Duty Stocking Carts (CED) 2G11-I for CONUS, OCONUS, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii: The Defense Commissary Agency (DECA) is conducting market research to determine interest and capability for the procurement of heavy-duty stocking carts. These carts, under the Commissary Equipment Descriptions (CED) 2G11-I, are used to support all commissary locations worldwide. The carts must meet the mandatory specifications outlined in the CED 2G11-I and be comparable to what is offered on the commercial market. Potential suppliers must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and can submit their capabilities statement to Angela Scott by October 12, 2023.
