The Department of Defense, through the Defense Health Agency, is seeking sources for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for blood bank reagents to support the Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) in Sigonella, Italy. The procurement aims to ensure the availability of essential reagents for safe blood transfusions, which are critical for inpatient needs, naval ships, and the European Theatre blood depot. The selected supplier must comply with American Blood Bank Association, Navy Blood Program, and FDA standards, ensuring strict temperature-controlled shipments and on-demand deliveries within four days due to the short expiration dates of the reagents. Interested parties must submit their responses to the Request for Information (RFI) by January 14, 2026, at 5 PM EST, directed to Melissa Peregrino-White at melissa.peregrino-white.civ@health.mil.
