The contractor will be responsible for providing all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting to meet the needs of this solicitation. The services will be available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. The contractor must be authorized/certified to provide the required service and must demonstrate proof of capabilities. The contractor will transport patients to and from various locations, including VA facilities, community-based outpatient clinics, and other non-VA medical facilities.
