Responses will assist the Government in strategic planning for a potential future acquisition, which may or may not result in issuance of a solicitation or award of contract. Due to the market research nature of this notice, the Government does not encourage questions concerning its research.

DLA Land - Warren is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the community, including small businesses. The primary NAICS code to be used for this effort is 336340- Motor Vehicle Brake System Manufacturing; and the Band Assy-Low and Reverse will be manufactured to the requirements of TDP No. 8350561, dated 07/22/2025.

If your company is interested and can demonstrate the firm’s ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the equipment summarized above, we encourage you to respond to this announcement. In order to do so, you need to provide:

The Government acknowledges its obligations under 18 U.S.C. 1905 to protect information qualifying as confidential under this statute. Pursuant to this statute, the Government is willing to accept any proprietary (e.g., trade secret) restrictions placed on qualifying data forwarded in response to the survey questions and to protect it from unauthorized disclosure subject to the following:

4.
