    The Department of Energy, through Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC, is soliciting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the construction of the National Reactor Innovation Center (NRIC) Reactor Supplemental Shielding (RSS) at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL).
