The Department of Defense, through the Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific), is soliciting white papers and proposals under a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) focused on advancing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities, as well as enabling technologies for Information Operations and Cyberspace Operations.
