Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE is seeking a replacement LED bulb for a 1.5-foot fixture used on Naval ships, including the Ford Class Carrier and Ticonderoga Class (CG-47). Energy Focus, Inc. and LED Smart Inc. are the only approved sources. The purpose of this notice is to locate sources interested in becoming approved sources. Interested sources may submit the appropriate information outlined in DLAD Procurement Note L04. Please provide CAGE CODE.

DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit the NSN 6240016555877, LED Lamp for an Indefinite Quantity long-term contract. This part is used on Various Naval ships, including the Ford Class Carrier and Ticonderoga Class (CG-47). Energy Focus, Inc. (1BD15) and LED Smart Inc. (L04B3) are the only approved sources. DLA Land & Maritime does NOT have any technical data with which to procure these items. The purpose of this synopsis is to locate sources interested in becoming approved sources. The solicitation will be synopsized separately at a later date.  Interested sources may submit the appropriate information outlined in DLAD Procurement Note L04, Offers for Part Numbered Items at this time and until the solicitation synopsis closes. Alternate offer packages may also be submitted at any other time to be considered for future procurements. The agency has no data with which to evaluate alternate products.  Please read about all of the information required before submitting an alternate offer.
