IT Research and Advisory Subscription Services

The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking a sole-source Firm-Fixed Price task order with Gartner, Inc. for IT Research and Advisory Services Subscriptions. This acquisition, under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program and the DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI), is a renewal to support USTRANSCOM’s IT initiatives, including Cloud, Big Data, and IT Portfolio Optimization. Gartner, Inc. is the only source capable of providing the required services with the necessary SECRET security clearance and an active DD254, making it a limited source justification under FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). The contract period is anticipated from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. The contracting officer will ensure the order represents the best value by reviewing ESI pricing and seeking additional discounts.
