    Presolicitation DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE ARMY is seeking multiple Correctional Institutions within a 150 mile radius from Fort Drum, New York for Pre and Post Trial Confinement. These facilities must be approved by the Federal Bureau of Prisons or United States Marshals Service, or be accredited by the American Correctional Association or New York State. The facilities must comply with the Department of Justice National Prison Rape Elimination Act Standards and Army Regulation 190-47, The Army Corrections System. The Government will evaluate these Blanket Purchase Agreements annually and they may remain in place for up to five years.
