The Department of Energy, through Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL), is seeking qualified vendors for the design, build, and installation of a Metal Oxide Infrared Reflection Absorption Spectroscopy (MOIRRAS) accessory. This project aims to enhance capabilities for studying molecular adsorption on metal oxide single crystals, requiring the contractor to design and integrate the MOIRRAS accessory with existing equipment, including an IR spectrometer and a new ultra-high vacuum (UHV) chamber. The successful contractor will be responsible for various deliverables, including an experimental plan, design approvals, and installation, with the anticipated award date around December 31, 2025. Interested parties must register under NAICS code 611310 in the System for Award Management (SAM) and can contact Ben Furlow at bfurlow@bnl.gov or 631-344-4070 for further information.
