The Department of Health and Human Services, specifically the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), has awarded a Bridge Contract for Training, Quality Assurance, and Content Development (TQC) services to HighPoint Digital, Inc. This contract is essential to ensure the continuity of critical support services for customer service representatives (CSRs) addressing Medicare and Marketplace inquiries during the transition to a new contract, which is expected to take approximately six months.
