This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) from the U.S. Air Force, specifically the 421st Supply Chain Management Squadron at Tinker Air Force Base, is a market research effort to identify potential sources for the new manufacture and procurement of Aircraft Turbine Cases (NSN: 2840-01-631-0215OK, P/N: 6052T90G02) with an estimated spares requirement of 1,500 units. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded based on this notice. The government seeks to determine if the requirement can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside, considering various business types including Large, Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned Small Businesses. Potential sources must be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment for manufacturing, inspection, testing, packaging, and shipping, and may be responsible for nonrecurring engineering costs. Interested parties are required to complete a Source Approval Request (SAR) package and provide business information by February 5, 2026. Technical data, including Engineering Data Lists (EDL) and Manufacturing Qualification Requirements (MQR), will be provided or must be independently acquired by potential sources.
