It should also not be located within the 1%-annual-chance flood plain or wetland. The space should be in a professional office setting and not near establishments selling alcoholic beverages or firearms. Regularly scheduled public transportation during the workday is required within 2 city blocks. The office space must be contiguous, on one floor, and have an efficient layout. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Life Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility. A fully serviced lease is required.
