Description

Presolicitation notice: VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to update and upgrade steam system components at the VA Tennessee Valley Health Care System in Nashville, Tennessee. The contractor will replace failing condensate return skid pumps, piping, and associated components, as well as add venting for the steam system. The work must comply with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, codes, VA policies/regulations, specifications, and the Statement of Work. The estimated range of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The solicitation is expected to be posted on or around July 2, 2024. Only SDVOSBs listed in the SBA database and with an active listing in the System for Award Management (SAM) database will be considered.
