Presolicitation notice: VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF is seeking construction services for the replacement of the underground chilled water distribution piping at the Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) Murfreesboro. This project, known as AJP-Replace Chilled Water Loop, is part of the American Jobs Program (AJP) and will take place at the Alvin C. York VAMC in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The estimated project magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The service is set aside for 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and falls under the NAICS code 238220 for Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. The contractor will be responsible for developing a phasing plan for all work and must comply with the specifications and drawings provided. Offerors must be active and viewable as a SDVOSB at the time of submission and must provide proof of current VetCert and SAM registrations. The awarded contractor must also be enrolled with VETS4212 and meet the responsibility requirements outlined in FAR Part 9.
