Presolicitation TREASURY, DEPARTMENT OF THE is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Specialist (Indicators and Data) to support the development of strong financial sectors and sound public financial management in countries where assistance is needed. The specialist will be responsible for indicator development, data collection and management, and data analysis. This position requires a bachelor's degree and five to ten years of experience in impact monitoring and evaluation, international development, or foreign assistance project design.
