Instron System Controller Upgrade

The Department of Defense, specifically the Naval Air Warfare Center, intends to procure an Instron System Controller Upgrade on a sole-source basis from Instron, located in Norwood, MA. This upgrade is essential for retrofitting the existing system to meet modern specifications, ensuring continued operational support, as Instron is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the only authorized provider for this service.
