Agencies are already transitioning to an authorized, streamlined version of the FAR while the formal rulemaking process is underway. To ensure comprehensive feedback, the OFPP is hosting a crowdsourcing campaign until January 12, 2026. This campaign invites all stakeholders to provide input on acquisition practices that should be started, stopped, continued, adjusted, or scaled to enhance federal buying.
