    Description

    The General Services Administration (GSA), through its Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), is hosting a complimentary webinar titled "Introduction to the APEX Accelerators." This online event is scheduled for Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time.

    The webinar aims to provide an overview of the APEX Accelerator program, which focuses on strengthening U.S. supply chains and aiding businesses that work with various government entities, including the DoD and state and local governments. Dave Pease, the President of the National APEX Accelerator Alliance (NAPEX), will be the presenter.

    APEX Accelerators, formerly known as Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs), offer hands-on assistance to businesses seeking to enter the government contracting space. They provide guidance on government registrations, proposal writing, and compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), among other things.

    The webinar will cover the following learning objectives:

    • An introduction to the APEX Accelerator program
    • The differences between the PTAC and APEX Accelerator programs
    • How businesses can leverage the APEX Accelerator program for growth

    The event is open to all businesses and promises to be an informative session for those looking to navigate the government procurement landscape.

    Region 10 Virtual Industry Day: Low Embodied Carbon (LEC) Projects
