The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District, is seeking small business firms for a potential $499 million Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect-Engineer (A-E) vertical design services. The services will support Military, Interagency and International Services (IIS), and Civil Works (CW) projects primarily within the South Pacific Division's area of responsibility, which includes states such as California, Nevada, and Arizona. Interested firms are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement demonstrating their experience and qualifications, as the government aims to assess market capabilities and determine acquisition strategies ahead of a potential solicitation in October 2025.
