This acquisition involves a five-year, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a maximum value of $15 million, utilizing Special Emergency Procurement Authority (SEPA). The parts, which include various antenna controls and motor-tachometer generators, are critical for the operation of the satellite terminal, with Kratos Antenna Solutions Corporation being the only approved source for these components.
