The United States Air Force (USAF), International Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) & Wedgetail Division (WIWG), issued a Request for Information (RFI) for the NATO Final Lifetime Extension Program (FLEP). This RFI seeks vendors capable of providing specific components for the AN/UPX-40 Identify Friend or Foe (IFF) System, including Quad Processor CCAs, IFF Receivers (A6/7), and Power Converters (A15/16). The purpose is to find sustainment options for NATO’s AWACS E-3 aircraft fleet through 2035.
