The United States Air Force is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) for the new manufacture of Valve Assembly, NSN 2915-01-189-4205PN, with an estimated spares requirement of 1,500 units. This is not a solicitation but an effort to identify potential sources, including various small business classifications, and determine the best acquisition strategy. The requirement is for furnishing all labor, materials, facilities, and equipment for manufacturing, inspection, testing, preservation, packaging, and shipping. Potential sources may also be responsible for supply chain management and nonrecurring engineering costs. Interested parties must complete a Source Approval Request (SAR) package and submit business information by January 16, 2026. Technical data, if available, will be provided on an Engineering Data List (EDL), otherwise, sources must acquire it independently.
