The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is conducting a Sources Sought announcement to identify businesses capable of providing a Safety Wearable Device equipped with a panic function. The agency seeks devices that integrate with a lone worker safety application, operational on agency-issued iPhones, utilizing GPS for accurate location tracking, and designed for use by Community Supervision Officers (CSOs) during field activities. These devices are critical for ensuring the safety of CSOs while conducting home visits or other interactions with supervised offenders, featuring capabilities such as panic alerts, automated check-ins, and communication tools with supervisory personnel. Interested vendors must submit their responses, including technical specifications and company details, by November 11, 2024, to Valerie Wallace at valerie.wallace@csosa.gov.
