Presolicitation Notice: The US Government, specifically the General Services Administration (GSA), is seeking to lease office space in Corbin, KY. The space must be located on one contiguous floor and meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The minimum and maximum square footage required is 11,990 square feet. The space should be in an office, research, technology, or business park with a modern design or on a site with modern office buildings that have a professional and prestigious appearance. Adequate eating facilities and other employee services should be located within a 2-mile radius of the building. The parking-to-square-foot ratio should meet local code requirements or be at a ratio of one parking space for every 200 square feet of space. The offered space should not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. Expressions of interest are due by October 11, 2023.
