    Description

    Presolicitation GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space in Holtsville, NY. The space should be a minimum of 34,475 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) to a maximum of 36,199 ABOA square feet. The space must be in a commercial office park and not in an industrial area. The lease term is 15 years with a firm term of 10 years. The space should be contiguous on one or two floors, with lower floors preferred. Access to a loading dock or loading area is required. The space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow. It should have 24/7 access through a card system and provide 5 secured parking spaces for Government vehicles. Additionally, 233 surface parking spaces must be available within 1/4 mile from the building for employees and visitors. The space should be well lit at all times for safety and should not be within 300 ft of a school. LEED CI certification and EV charging stations are required. The space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. The Government is only considering existing buildings and expressions of interest must be received by October 27th, 2023.
