    Description

    The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in Houston, TX. The space should be modern and of substantial construction, with a minimum of 3,043 square feet and a maximum of 3,143 square feet. The lease term is 17 to 15 years. The space should be located in an office, research, technology, or business park, or on a landscaped site with modern office buildings. It should also meet various requirements, such as a setback from roads and adjacent property lines, and not be located near hazardous facilities or within certain distances of fuel storage areas, chemical manufacturing facilities, and railroad lines transporting hazardous material. The proposed facility should not be located within a building housing the US Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE). Other requirements include onsite secured parking for a minimum of 9 vehicles and the capability to mount antennas on the roof of the building. The government intends to award the lease to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.
