The Department of Defense, through the Joint Project Manager for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO CBRND), is seeking innovative technologies for the detection, classification, and identification of CBRN hazards in preparation for the Chemical and Biological Defense Science & Technology (CBD S&T) Conference scheduled for December 2-5, 2024, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The objective is to engage with companies that possess capabilities to enhance CBRN situational awareness and address emerging threats, particularly through novel detection techniques and integrated sensor networks. This initiative is critical for ensuring timely and accurate information to support commanders in mitigating the risks associated with CBRN hazards on the battlefield. Interested parties are encouraged to register for one-on-one sessions via the JETT registration page and can contact Allison Pizzo at allison.m.pizzo.civ@army.mil or 520-671-1593 for further inquiries.
