The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award a sole source contract for "National Quality Forum Membership." CMS requires access to up-to-date measurement standards and consensus-based endorsement on quality measures.
The successful awardee will provide services to facilitate CMS's interaction with the National Quality Forum (NQF), including obtaining membership status. This membership will benefit various CMS initiatives related to quality improvement and value-based purchasing programs.
The contract scope includes enabling CMS to maintain alignment with the latest scientific advancements in measurement standards. The awardee must demonstrate the ability to meet this requirement.
Interested parties should submit capability statements, proposals, or quotations to phillip.harrell@cms.hhs.gov within 15 days of the notice. The government encourages all responsible sources to respond.
The procurement team will evaluate applicants based on their ability to meet the technical requirements and their submitted terms and conditions and price quotes.
Please note that this is not a solicitation or a commitment from the government. All responses are welcome, but the government reserves the right to procure the required services without further competition.
