Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION intends to extend lease/rental of office buildings in Naples, FL. The U.S. Government is currently occupying office space in Port Charlotte, FL under a lease that is expiring. The Government is considering alternative space that can satisfy its requirements and be economically advantageous. The offered space must meet fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. A fully serviced lease is required and the offered space should not be in the 100-year flood plain.
