The Department of Defense, through the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southwest, is seeking qualified small businesses for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) focused on new construction, repair, and renovation of commercial and institutional buildings using Alternate Construction Methods (ACM) at various government installations. The procurement aims to identify potential contractors, including SBA certified 8(a), HUBZone, Women-Owned, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, with relevant experience and capabilities to execute projects primarily in California, but also in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. The total estimated contract value for the base period and one option period is $1.5 billion, with individual task orders ranging from $15 million to $150 million.
