    Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE DEPT OF THE NAVY is seeking Cisco Call Manager Licenses. These licenses are used for digitized, cloud-based talent acquisition software similar to Cisco. The Naval Warfare Center Corona Division intends to purchase these licenses on a Brand Name basis as Cisco is the only known brand that meets the required form, fit, and function for this application. This notice is for market research purposes and is not a request for competitive quotes.
