Vendor must bring the necessary fuel nozzle no larger than 2 inches in diameter for fuel transfer to designated equptement. Vendor must be able to travel to delivery location and have permission to conduct fuel issue operations. Unit also reserves the ability to adjust/cancel delivery ahead of time if fuel is not required.


Vendor must be able to deliver fuel to generators that are off of paved roads.


All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.

All quotes shall be submitted no later than 1:00pm 13 July 2025 LOCAL TIME or the latest issued amendment. Quotes submitted via mail or fax will not be accepted. Questions are not anticipated regarding this action.
