The Comfort Inn is located 8.4 miles (14 minutes) from the DEA Training Academy and 450ft (4 minute walk) from the Stafford Training Center. With changes to base accessibility, students require as much time as possible to gain entry to the facility. It is also centrally located with many restaurants within walking distance.

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government’s requirement detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
