The components of interest include sectional overhead doors, hydraulic levelers, truck restraints, and impact-resistant traffic doors. Although USPS prefers a whole solution, it is open to suppliers that can meet partial needs for new construction and maintenance activities. The RFI aims to encourage market participation and gather information for future planning, without committing to any contracts or paying for responses. Interested suppliers must submit their details and a capabilities statement by 4:00 PM Eastern Time on March 7, 2025, and responses should be directed via email to specified USPS representatives. The RFI does not constitute a bidding invitation, and a future event for RFI respondents is planned, although no solicitation exists at this time.
