    Special Notice for NPD-38 / FEMA, ICPD Headquarter Support Services

    The Department of Homeland Security, Department of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is issuing a Special Notice for the procurement of Individual and Community Preparedness Division (ICPD) Headquarters Support Services. This service is typically used to provide administrative management and general management consulting services.

    FEMA has decided not to consolidate the "Web Development and Support" and "Correspondence Management" sections into a single requirement for the upcoming NPD-38 solicitation. This decision is in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations and the Small Business Administration's 8(a) program directives and policies.

    The estimated dollar range for this requirement is $20M-$50M, and it is designated as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The anticipated contract vehicle is OASIS. The Solicitation Release date is expected to be in June 2024, with a target award date in August 2024.

    The ICPD Digital Support Services will be procured separately by the Information Technology Section of FEMA's Office of the Chief Component Procurement Officer.
