    Special Notice for NPD-38 / FEMA, ICPD Headquarter Support Services

    The Department of Homeland Security, Department of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is issuing a Special Notice for the procurement of Individual and Community Preparedness Division (ICPD) Headquarters Support Services. This service is typically used to provide administrative management and general management consulting services.

    FEMA has decided not to consolidate the "Web Development and Support" and "Correspondence Management" sections into a single requirement for the upcoming NPD-38 solicitation.
