Special Notice: VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF intends to award a sole source agreement for Community Nursing Home Services in Philadelphia VA Medical Center, PA - Bucks County, PA. This service is typically used to provide onsite nursing home services for eligible Veteran recipients currently housed at the facility.
