The Navy Region Southwest (NRSW) Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is inviting bids for miscellaneous non-ferrous metals, including Monel, copper, CUNI, brass, aluminum bronze, titanium, and Inconel 718. Bidders must submit prices per pound for various lots by December 15, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time. Payment, due prior to material transfer, must be by bank draft or cashier's check. All lots are sold "as is" for scrap purposes, with final sales. Buyers are responsible for removing materials within 15 business days of the award and will be invoiced for any additional material up to 20% above estimates. Late payments or failure to pick up materials will incur administrative charges, potentially leading to removal from the bidders list. Bidders must inspect materials, as post-award claims will not be considered. All vehicles used for removal must be licensed, insured, and properly loaded. The buyer indemnifies the U.S. Navy and certifies that all purchased property will be completely destroyed by melting or shredding. Bid rigging is prohibited and should be reported.
