This notice is a sources sought request and not a solicitation for offer or request for proposals. The VA is looking for alternative space that can meet their requirements and potentially replace their current lease. The space should be within the delineated area and have a minimum of 10,000 and a maximum of 11,000 rentable square feet. It should also provide 62 parking spaces, with all spaces reserved for the government. The occupancy should be available within 60 days of acceptance, and the lease term should be 20 years, with a firm term of 5 years and no option term. The security level required is FSL Level II. The space should be easily accessible by public transportation and should not be within 250 feet of establishments that distribute alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, or marijuana products.
