Justification OTFOC for Veterans Health Information Exchange (VHIE) Professional and Technical Support

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking professional and technical support services for the Veterans Health Information Exchange (VHIE) as part of its Office of Health Informatics (OHI) Clinical Informatics and Data Management Office (CIDMO). This procurement aims to provide essential management services for the VHIE Portfolio of Programs, which is critical for enhancing health informatics within the Veterans Health Administration. The contract will be awarded as a sole source to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under the authority of the Veterans First Contracting Program, with no requirement for competitive bidding.
