The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking information on innovative Operational Medicine (OpMed) Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) solutions for the Joint Operational Medicine Information System (JOMIS). The objective is to identify potential solutions that ensure joint interoperability and meet baseline requirements for survivability, patient safety, and quality of care in various operational environments, particularly under Denied, Disrupted, Intermittent, and Low-Bandwidth (DDIL) conditions. This initiative is crucial for enhancing military medical logistics capabilities, as the current Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) system is set to be decommissioned by February 2028. Interested vendors must submit their responses by December 18, 2025, and can direct inquiries to Elizabeth M. Ruckwardt at elizabeth.m.ruckwardt.civ@health.mil.
