    The Department of Defense, specifically the Department of the Navy, through the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, intends to award a sole source contract to the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE). The contract is for the provision of two ASHRAE courses: Humidity Control: Principles and Applications, and Complying with Standard 90.1-2013.
