Cloud SME for IT System Portfolio Migration to Cloud

The Department of Agriculture, specifically the Rural Housing Service, is seeking Cloud Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist in the migration of its IT system portfolio to a government cloud infrastructure. This initiative involves transitioning approximately 100 applications from an on-premises data center to a FedRAMP High-authorized cloud environment, which is critical for supporting loans, grants, and financial systems. The selected contractors will be responsible for developing a cloud adoption strategy, designing secure cloud architecture, executing a migration plan, ensuring compliance, and building internal cloud competency.
