    Sources Sought DEPT OF DEFENSE is seeking High Voltage Services for emergency response and repair of High Voltage Systems located at various Army installations on the Islands of Oahu and Hawaii, Hawaii. The service is typically used for maintaining and repairing electrical and electronic equipment components. The project includes approximately 241 buildings on the Island of Oahu and covers a population base of approximately 50,000 military, Government civilian, and Contractor personnel, as well as 100,000 resident family members. The Island of Hawaii services include Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) and Kilauea Military Camp (KMC). PTA consists of approximately 134,000 acres and extends from the grassy rolling hills of the Keamuku Maneuver Area (KMA) up the lava filled gentle slopes of Mauna Loa. KMC is located inside Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The estimated start date is 01 Oct 2024, with a base period of 01 Oct 2024 - 30 Sep 2025 plus 4 pre-priced 12-month option years.
