The Department of Defense, through the Office of Naval Research, is soliciting proposals for innovative solutions in the fields of Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radio Frequency (RF) Surveillance. The primary objective of this solicitation is to enhance naval forces' capabilities to control the Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) and improve Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations in the face of evolving adversarial technologies. This initiative is critical for maintaining maritime superiority and addressing the challenges posed by advanced ISR and EW capabilities of adversaries. Interested parties are encouraged to submit white papers by September 26, 2024, with potential funding ranging from $10 to $15 million for projects lasting one to three years.
