Color Concentrates

The Department of Defense, specifically the U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground, is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis for color concentrates and compounds necessary for the extrusion of polymeric materials into fiber form. The requirement is unique to Avient Corp, as it involves proprietary dye pigment formula components and trade secrets, making them the only source capable of fulfilling this need. This procurement is critical for the U.S. Army Natick Soldier Research, Development, and Engineering Center's operations.
