The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking qualified construction firms to provide Design-Build (DB) services for the renovation of Building 50 at the Denver Federal Center in Colorado. The project aims to transform the existing office and related spaces, originally constructed in 1941, into modern facilities for three departments of the National Park Service (NPS), emphasizing sustainable practices and tenant finishes. With an estimated construction value between $5 million and $10 million, interested firms are encouraged to submit their Capability Statements by October 15, 2024, as the anticipated award date is set for May 2025.
